• Account Information: Your name, university email address, and student ID (used for order verification).
• Location Data: Drop-off waypoints requested by you on the campus grid. We do not track your device's persistent location, only the submitted coordinates for the robot.
• Facial Recognition Data (ArcFace): For securing your cargo, we utilize temporary embedded vectors. This data is kept strictly on-device/encrypted logic layers and is never sold.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to dispatch robots, communicate order statuses, and secure the cargo lid lock. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

3. Data Security

We use industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption across all communication layers. Live tracking telematics are secured end-to-end to prevent unauthorized rerouting.
