Welcome to SU Robo. By accessing or using our autonomous delivery platform (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading our application, or interacting with our robots on campus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Robot Interaction & Safety

Our robots are designed to safely navigate pedestrian areas. While using the Service, you agree:

• Not to intentionally block, vandalize, or tamper with the navigation hardware.
• Not to place hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials in the cargo bay.
• To follow all on-screen and app-based instructions when unlocking the cargo lid via ArcFace security.

3. Delivery Liabilities

SU Robo guarantees secure transit from the vendor to your waypoint. We are not responsible for orders that are abandoned at the drop-off location after the 10-minute automated wait period expires.

4. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue campus routes based on weather, construction, or university events without prior notice.
